MQ-1601 Q Meter download


The MQ-1601 is designed for measurements of the figure of merit, Q, of inductors and capacitors. Effective values of inductance, capacitance, resistance, distributed capacitance, and high frequency cables can be determined.
The overall frequency range is from 15.5kHz to 50MHz settable with use of a 6-digit counter display.


FEATURES

Residual inductance is less than 10nH, an advantage in high Q measurements and for higher accuracy.
Highly stable Q voltmeter circuit used for accurate measurements of low Q values.
Pushbuttons used for frequency and Q ranging.
6-digit counter for accurate frequency setting.
ΔQ (delta Q) function provided for measuring small changes in Q; the scale expansion is ×10.
Convenient Q LIMIT setting with lamp indication for quick sampling, checking and inspection.
Correlation adjuster enables correlating results with other Q meters.
Meter range indication with LEDs prevents mis-operation.
Q measurements possible at 15.75kHz.
With use of a special test jig (option), characteristics of dielectrics can be determined.
