Impedance Analyzer MIA-1251 equips an accurate signal source whose frequency accuracy is ±;0.005%. In combination with wide test frequency range and 5 digits resolution, it provides accurate characteristic evaluation of passive components under the same conditions as actual use conditions of the D.U.T.
The great advantage of this series is Graphic Sweep Function; it graphs a parameter against frequency or AC drive level. Characterizing a parameter graphically helps user to understand how the passive component performs under different conditions.
Multi-Step Mode enables user to define test conditions up to 30 steps, and save/recall Max. 64 programs on a built-in memory. This function allows user to perform a series of characteristic evaluation which contains various measurement parameters easily.
Special software enables full remote control and collecting measurement data is attached as standard equipment.
The MIA-1251 can be widely used in not only production lines but also R&D purpose because of the high accurate test signal source and abundant measurement/indication functions. |
